【摘要】 目的 :观察柴胡颗粒剂对原发性癫痫的疗效。方法 :用柴胡颗粒剂治疗原发性癫痫 5 6例 ,对照组分别选用苯妥英钠、丙戊酸钠治疗。结果 :柴胡颗粒剂治疗原发性癫痫全身性发作、部分性发作与对照组相比均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :柴胡颗粒剂治疗原发性癫痫可能有较好疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study was designed to observe the curative effect of bupleurum root granule on primary epilepsy. Methods: Bupleurum root granule was used to treat 56 patients with primary epilepsy. The result was compared with 55 age matched controls, of which 17 were treated by valproate sodium and 38 by dilantion sodium. Results: There were no significant differences between the bupleurum root granule group and the control groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Bupleurum root granule might be a new antiepileptic with a better curative effect on primary epilepsy.更多还原
