一株木霉菌株的改良和产酶条件及酶学性质研究
Mutation of a Trichoderma Strain and Studies on the Conditions of Cellulase Production and the Properties of Enzyme
【摘要】 将自然界筛选得到的产纤维素酶活力较高的野生菌株进行紫外诱变得到诱变菌株 TMa-91 1 8,该菌株的产酶最适条件为 :稻草粉和麸皮的质量比例为 8∶ 2 ,培养基含水量质量分数为 65% ,发酵时间 72 h,发酵温度为 30℃。该酶最适反应 p H为 4 .4 ,最适反应温度为 50℃ ,最佳浸提条件为4 0℃蒸馏水。
【Abstract】 The mutant strain TMa\|9118 was obtained by the mutation with ultraviolet from wild strains screened from nature which had a higher ability to produce cellulase. The optimum conditions of producing cellulase were the proportion of straw to wheat bran being 8∶2, the water amount of medium being 65%, the temperature being 30℃ and the time being 72 h. The optimum temperature and pH for emzymatic catalysis were 50℃ and 4.4 respectively. The optimum condition of extracting cellulase was distilled water of 40℃.
