废弃塑料燃烧动力学
Kinetics of Burning Waste Plastics
【摘要】 采用热重法对6种废弃塑料的燃烧过程进行了实验研究,计算了它们的燃烧反应动力学参数.结果表明,所用样品燃烧过程以多段式为主,活化能在 38.2~488.1kJ/mol之间.可以预计,废弃塑料在冶金炉内可以迅速燃烧.
【Abstract】 Burning processes of six waste plastics were studied by using thermogravimetric experiments. The sample kinetic parameters of combustion reaction were calculated. The re- sults show that the burning processes of most samples chosen in this experiment are multistage, each stage has different kinetic parameters and the range of activation energies is 38.2~488.1 kJ/mol. Furthermore, it is expected that waste plastics may be burnt up rapidly and completely when used as fuel in metallurgical apparatus.
