含几何超标缺陷压力容器的风险分析

【摘要】 本文对某钢厂含几何超标缺陷压力容器进行了抽样、应力分析、强度评定和风险分析。经分析认为 ,被抽5台超标容器的强度基本符合要求 ,但这批15台超标容器中仍有5台难以推断其合格与否。如钢厂投入使用 ,将承担一定风险。

【Abstract】 Based on the samples of pressure vessels used in one steel plant with the defects beyond the geometric limits, the stress analysis, strength assessment and risk analysis were carried out. It was concluded from the result of the analysis that 5 of 15 vessels with the defects beyond the limits were safe. But, there were still 5 vessels cannot be concluded be safe enough for usage. Some risk will be taken if these 5 vessels are used.
