平面孔的远场矢量衍射理论及其标量近似

【摘要】 在矢量衍射理论的基础上 ,给出了偏振光、自然光照射的情况下 ,平面孔远场衍射的矢量描述 ,与标量衍射理论进行了比较 ,指出了标量衍射理论的误差及适用范围 ;对于孔径与波长相当的微小孔的大角度衍射 ,标量衍射理论存在一定的误差 ,而必须采用矢量衍射理论。文章以圆孔衍射为例作了详细讨论

【Abstract】 Based on the vector diffraction theory, the vector description of the far field diffraction at a plane aperture is derived, the comparison between the vector theory and the scalar theory is made, and the error and applicability of scalar diffraction theory is presented. The vector diffraction theory is suitable for the analysis of the diffraction of a small aperture at a large angle. As an example, the circular aperture diffraction is discussed in detail.
