聚醚氨酯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯IPN阻尼性能研究

【摘要】 以甲苯二异氰酸酯预聚体与聚醚反应 ,合成了一系列高温固化的聚醚氨酯 ,用于与体型聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的互穿聚合物网络化研究 ,并对所获得的IPN体系阻尼性能进行了测试 .动态力学性能检测结果表明 :聚氨酯软段中—OH与—NCO的比例、软硬段的相对含量以及交联密度 ,对体系的相容性及阻尼性能都有显著影响 .检测结果还表明 ,以上所获得的IPN都有明显的拓宽玻璃化温区的作用

【Abstract】 A series of full-IPNs based on poly(ether urethane)/poly(methyl methacrylate) were synthesized using TDI precursors and poly ether (MW:2000) as one network, crosslinked poly(methyl methacrylate) as another network. The Damping properties of IPN systems thus obtained were detected by dynamic viscoelastic spectroscopy method. The results show that such parameters as —OH:—NCO ratio of soft and rigid part in polyurethane、relative content of soft and rigid part and crosslinking density all have effects on the damping behaviors of IPN samples apparently. It also shows that the synthesized IPNs have broaden glass transition temperature range compared with pure comonents of IPNs.
