基于滑模原理的鲁棒交流伺服控制器
Robust controller of AC servo system based on sliding mode
【摘要】 滑模变结构控制器由于具有鲁棒性好、设计实现方便等优点 ,已被逐步应用于电力传动控制领域 .该理论在工程应用中最大的障碍是高频开关控制带来的抖动现象 .本文首先深入地分析了在交流伺服系统中 ,当采用传统滑模控制时 ,抖动产生的原因及特点 .在此基础上提出了一种无抖动现象的新型滑模控制器 ,并论证了控制参数整定的原则 .实验的结果表明 :这种新型滑模控制器既保留了传统变结构控制的鲁棒性 ,又有效地解决了抖动问题
【Abstract】 Sliding mode controller of variable structure has been gradually applied in the electric drives because of its robust and easy realization. The biggest obstacle for engineering application is chattering resulting from high frequency switching control. The paper firstly analyzes the reason and feature for chattering, when a traditional sliding mode control is used in AC servo system. And then proposes a chattering free robust sliding mode controller, and proves the principle for selecting parameter of the controller. Experiment illustrates that the new controller not only keep the robust of traditional sliding mode control, but also solve the chattering problem.
