MWM-V6型柴油机曲轴断裂原因分析

【摘要】 分析MWMTBD2 34V6型柴油机的曲轴断裂原因 ,结果表明锻件过热过烧是导致断裂的直接原因 ;曲轴热处理工艺不规范、不完善 ,曲轴工作润滑条件不良加速了曲轴断裂

【Abstract】 The reason for crankshaft fracture in an MWMTBD234V6 diesel was analyzed.The results show that overheating and overburning is the direct reason for fracture.The heat treatment of the crankshaft is not perfect or consistent with the standard.The lubrication is not good in service.All these accelerate the fracture.
