小质量比圆柱形浮筏隔振系统结构参数研究
Research on Structure Parameters of a Cylindrical Two-Stage Mounting Vibration Isolation System with Small Mass Ratio
【摘要】 基于多层隔振和浮筏技术的理论模型,分析了当隔振系统的相关结构参数(如:质量比、筏体及支承的阻尼、弹性支承元件及筏体的刚度等)的变化对具有小质量比的双层隔振系统固有动态特性和隔振效果的影响规律,并计算了一个摆盘式热力发动机圆柱形浮筏隔振系统模型。为该特种动力装置浮筏隔振设计提供了技术基础
【Abstract】 Based on theoretic model of multi stage mounting vibration isolation (floating foundation)the influence law of the system inherent character and vibration isolation result was analysed when the structure parameters of system (mass ratio,damping of the mounting & the hull,stiffness of the elastic mounting elements & floating foundation etc.) are changed in the two stage vibration isolation system with small mass ratio.The calculation of a cylindrical two stage mounting vibration isolation system model of an oscillating disk heat engine has been made.Some dependence curves and tables obtained by calculation are attached to this paper.These data afford technology basis for the vibration isolation system design of this special marine power set.
