【摘要】 目的 :评价前列腺内注药治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎 (CBP)的效果。方法 :对 1994年以来的慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者 10 6例 ,分别以两种敏感抗生素进行前列腺内注药治疗 ,每周一次 ,共三次。结果 :全组 10 6例中共有效 10 2例 ,其中完全治愈 74例 ,治愈率 6 9.8% (74/ 10 6 ) ,无效 4例。两种抗生素疗效无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。不良反应主要为局部血肿。结论 :依前列腺液细菌培养及药敏试验选择抗生素 ,直接注药于前列腺内对治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎效果肯定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effects antibiotic injection in prostate for chronic bacterial prostatitis.Methods: 106 cases with CBP were divided into two groups according to the sensitivity to drugs and underwent antibiotic injection in prostate lasting three weeks(once a week)from 1994.Results: 74 cases were cured with cure rate 69.8%,102 cases were effective and 4 cases no respones.The side effects of injection in prostate was bleeding locally.Conclusions: The antibiotic injection in prostate for CBP is quite effective and safe because of its directing injection sensitivty drugs and hardly complication.更多还原
