羟基甾醇类化合物的琥珀酸单酯化研究
Hemisuccination of Hydroxysterols
【摘要】 报道了雄甾烷 - 3β,5 α,6 β-三醇 - 3-琥珀酸单酯及其钠盐 ,雄甾烷 - 3β,5 α,6 α-三醇 - 3,6 -双琥珀酸单酯及其钠盐 4个化合物的合成 ,改进后的合成工艺简化了操作 ,提高了反应收率及产品纯度 ,适宜于大量样品的制备。
【Abstract】 Hydoxysterols were a new type of antitumor substance, but only the water.soluble derivatives displayed potent antitumor activity in “in vivo” test. A novel method was advanced to synthesize hemisuccinates of hydroxysterols, androstane.3β,5α,6β.triol.3.hemisuccinate, androstane.3β,5α,6α.triol.3,6.bishemisuccinate and their sodium salts. Some of the reaction conditions are succinct and more effective. [KH-2]
