溶胶-泥浆化学反应法制备尖晶石锂离子二次电池正极材料
Synthesis of Cathode Material for Rechargeable Lithium.ion Battery by Sol.Slurry Method
【摘要】 以氢氧化锂、电解超细二氧化锰为原料 ,在不同条件下用溶胶 -泥浆法制备了尖晶石型L i Mn2 O4,优化了反应条件并以此作正极材料进行了电化学测试。结果表明 ,首次充电比容量达 1 2 5m Ah· g- 1 ~ 1 45 m Ah· g- 1 ,放电比容量达 1 1 5 m Ah· g- 1 ~ 1 2 5 m Ah· g- 1 ,可逆充放电效率在 90 %以上 ,循环 2 8次后其充电比容量仍然保持在 1 1 0 m Ah· g- 1~ 1 1 5 m Ah· g- 1 ,放电比容量达 1 1 0 m Ah· g- 1左右 ,可逆充放电效率在 95 %以上。
【Abstract】 The spinel LiMn2O4 cathode materials were synthesized by sol.slurry method with calculated amounts of LiOH·H2O and MnO2(EMD) and the synthesis condition(f.e tempreture, hours) was determined. The results of electrochemical test demonstrated that these new materials exhibited excellent electrochemical properties. Its initial capacity reached 125mAh·g-1 145mAh·g-1 and reversible efficiency is about 90%. After 28 cycles, its capacity was still around 110mAh·g-1 115mAh·g-1 with above 95% reversible efficiency.
