【摘要】 目的　观察穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸 (BCG -PSN ,简称PSN)治疗支气管哮喘的药物免疫调节效应 ,并探讨其作用机理。方法　治疗组用PSN足三里、肺俞和定喘穴位注射 ;对照组用PSN肌肉注射。结果　经 1个疗程治疗 ,治疗组总有效率 96.9% ,对照组总有效率 66.6%。 2组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组治疗后过低的CD+8升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD+4 /CD+8比值减小 (P <0 .0 1) ,IgE明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,C3明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,与对照组比较各项指标均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　穴位注射PSN出现作用的时间及效果优于肌肉注射。穴位注射不是直接地作用于致病因子、病变组织 ,而是经针、药、穴位和经络协同并通过神经或经过血液最终启动神经内分泌—免疫网络系统而产生整体性、双向性调整作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe Effect and mechanism of acupoints injection of BCG-PSN on bronchial asthma.Methods 62 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=32) Zusanli, Feiyu, Dingchuanacupoints injection of BCG-PSN was utilized. In control groups (n=30) only muscle injection of BCG- PSN was carried on. The treatment course in both groups was five weeks. Results Total effective rate in treatment group (96.9%) was significantly higher than that in control group (66.6%,P<0.01). Conclusions Administration of acupoints injection of PSN was more effective than that method of muscle injection of PSN. The mechanism of acupoints injection of PSN was rather effect on acupuncture point and relation between acupunctures than immediately effect on factor-induce disease, tissue更多还原
