【Abstract】 Enshi is a natural and typical production base for medicinal materials. Under the circumstances of modernization for Chinese traditional drugs, it is quite necessary to establish a modernized production base for medicinal materials. From the aspect of favourable nature-ecological-environment in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture, this article puts forward the importance and function of establishing production base for Chinese medicinal materials and goes further into the ways of preparing for it.
