Cu2+、Ag+在水稻种子萌发及幼苗生长中的作用
Role of Cu2+ and Ag+ in seeds germination and seedlings growth of rice
【摘要】 水稻种子以 1 0 μmol/LCuSO4 或 1 0 μmol/LAgNO3 溶液浸种均显著地促进种子萌发。幼苗在含2 μmol/LCu2 + 或者Ag+ 的水稻营养液中生长一天 ,叶绿素b的含量降低 ,其叶片的过氧化物酶 (POD)的活力增强 ,而当Cu2 + 或Ag+ 浓度达到 2 0 μmol/L时 ,过氧化物同工酶 (POD)明显降低
【Abstract】 The germination rate of rice seeds was increased as a result of the treatment with 10?μmol/L CuSO 4 or AgNO 3.The activity of POD was enhanced and the content of Chl b decreased after the seedlings grew for 24 hours in the nutrient solution plus 2?μmol/L Cu 2+ or Ag +,however,the POD activity dropped when the concentration of these two heavy metal irons raised up to 20?μmol/L.
