【摘要】 用分别在 2 0周龄及 2 5周龄经O1、O2 、O78大肠杆菌油乳剂灭活菌苗皮下接种免疫过的种鸡后代 ,于 1日龄分组做攻毒试验。试验鸡分别经不同剂量攻毒后 ,1周内的死亡率和平均病变的出现率均显著低于对照组 ,表明种鸡产蛋前接种大肠杆菌油乳剂灭活菌苗可使其后代在 1周龄内获得被动保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 One day old chickens from breeding birds vaccinated with an inactivated oil emulsified vaccine of Escherichia coli (O 1, O 2, O 78 ) at 20 and 25 week old respectively were divided for challenge experiment.Every chicken was challenged with different dose of E coli.The average mortality and the average morbidity of the test group was significantly lower than those of the control group.The results showed that breeding birds vaccinated with an inactivated oil emulsified vaccine of E coli before laying period could provide their progeny with passive protection within one week.更多还原
