灰色系统理论在教师教学质量评估中的应用初探
APPLICATIOIN OF GRAY SYSTEM THEORY IN TEACHERS TEACHING QUALITY EVALUATION
【摘要】 应用灰色系统理论的关联分析法 ,对河北职业技术师范学院 1999~ 2 0 0 0学年度第二学期承担同一门公共课的 13位教师的课堂教学质量从教学内容、教学方法、教学效果、教学态度、教学纪律等 5个方面进行了综合评价 ,并对灰色系统理论在教师教学质量评估中应用的可行性进行了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 The teaching quality of 13 teachers, who teach the same public course, was evaluated in a comprehensive way from the following aspects: teaching method, teaching effect, teaching attitude, and teaching discipline by using the connection analysis method of gray system theory the second term during 1999~2000 in Hebei Vocation technical Teacher′s College The preliminary study was made about the feasibility of applying the gray system theory in teacher′s teaching quality evaluation
