不同玉米基因型缺锌胁迫适应性研究

【摘要】 选择 4 9个全国主产区玉米基因型 ,在水培条件下进行缺锌胁迫适应性研究 ,计算其缺锌和正常供锌水平下生物产量的比值 ,即为玉米锌效率系数。提出该系数≤ 0 5为锌低效 ,即对缺锌敏感基因型 ;0 5~ 0 9之间为锌效率中等 ,即对缺锌中度敏感基因型 ;≥ 0 9为锌高效 ,即对缺锌不敏感基因型。这一概念可以较好地反映生产实际。研究发现 ,缺锌时玉米的根生长几乎不受影响 ,表现为根 /冠值高于锌供应正常时根 /冠值。同时 ,锌敏感基因型缺锌时根 /冠值高于锌不敏感基因型

【Abstract】 Forty nine corn genotypes were selected from major corn production areas.These genotypes were used to test their adaptability to zinc deficiency under solution cultivation.The ratios of dry material weight under Zn deficient condition to that of Zn sufficient condition are calculated.The zinc sensitive genotype corn has a ratio of less than 50 percent.The zinc insensitive genotype corn has a ratio of more than 90 percent.The others are middle sensitivity genotype.This conception can reflect the fact of production.It is found that the weight of corn roots was not affected by Zn deficiency.The ratio of root weight to shoot weight is higher under Zn deficient condition than under Zn sufficient condition.The ratio of root weight to shoot weight for zinc sensitive genotypes is higher than that of zinc insensitive genotypes.
