石墨碳对邢钢高炉渣粘度影响的实验
The influence of appenging plumbaginous carbon on slag viscidity in the blast furnace of Xingtai iron and Steel inc
【摘要】 对邢钢高炉渣添加不同含量的石墨碳进行实验研究 ,结果表明 :碳大部分以悬浮物存在于渣中 ,炉渣的粘度及熔化性温度随含碳量的增加而增加。为确保高炉渣具有良好的流动性 ,渣中含碳量不宜超过5%。
【Abstract】 The article deals with the experiment of appending various contents of plumbaginous carbon in blast furnace slag of Xingtai Iron and Steel Inc.The result indicated that the carbon mostly suspended in the slag,the viscidity and melting temperature of slag increase with the content of carbon increasing.In order to make the blast furnace slag with favourable fluidity,the carbon content of blast furnace slag should be kept under 5%.
