连铸坯凝固过程应力模型综述
A summary of stress models for continuous casting billet in solidification process
【摘要】 简要分析了不同作者的连铸凝固过程应力模型。 A.Grill等人对 80 0~ 1 50 0℃范围内钢的力学性能与温度的关系进行了假设 ,采用有限单元法 ,根据温度梯度及支撑辊的压力来计算铸坯的应力场 ,建立了应力模型 ;K.Sorimachi对 A.Grill模型进行了改进 ,假设钢在连铸温度 (80 0~ 1 50 0℃ )下的机械性能只与温度和应变速率有关 ,且应变速率为常数 1 0 - 3s- 1,忽略其它变量对机械性能的影响 ;蔡开科考虑铸坯温度回升 ,建立了铸坯热 -弹 -塑性应力模型。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes briefly several stress models set up by different authors for continuous casting billet in solidification process.By assuming the steel mechanical properties between 800℃ and 1500℃,A.Grill has set up a model based on finite element method and computes the stress field from a knowledge of the computed temperature gradients and the roll pressure;The model set up by K.Sorimachi improves the A.Grill model.He supposes that the mechanical properties of steel at continuous casting temperatures(800~1500℃) can only be related quantitatively to temperature and strain rate.And the strain rate has been taken to be constant at 10 -3 s -1 ,Other variables are ignored;Cai Kaike takes the billet surface reheating into account,and establishes a heat transfer and elastic-plastic stress model.
