【摘要】 介绍了国内印刷电路板生产用的各种阻焊剂 ,如热固、光固阻焊油墨、阻焊干膜、液态感光阻焊油墨和水显影型液态感光阻焊油墨的应用和发展概况

【Abstract】 The present state in printed circuit board industry at home is introduced,solderresist inks for PCB:thermoset curing inks,photo curing inks,dry films.Lidquid photoimageable inks and water developable photoimageable inks is also presented.
