利用正交实验对直接氧化法制备陶瓷基复合材料
Orthogonal Experiment to Investigate the Alumina/Aluminum Composites Formed by the Directed Oxidation of Al-Mg- Si Alloys
【摘要】 利用正交实验对直接氧化法制备Al2O3/Al复合材料的氧化增重进行研究 ,实验分析了烧结温度、时间、Mg含量和Si含量4个因素对合金的氧化反应增重的影响 .使用光镜对烧结的陶瓷材料的微观组织进行观测 .通过实验得到了反应增重效率高而且微观组织好的烧结工艺 .
【Abstract】 An orthogonal experiment was designed to determine the influences of the reaction temperature, reaction time , magnesium (wt%) and silicon(wt%) on the weight gain of Al-Mg-Si alloys The microstructure of the Al2O3/Metal composites formed by the Directed Oxidation of Al-Mg- Si alloys was also investigated by optical microscopy Through the experiment, the process with the high growing speed and good microstructure is obtained
