【摘要】 随着企业改革的不断深化 ,失业人员数量不断上升 ,失业保险制度的改革和完善迫在眉睫。本文针对失业保险制度存在的弊端 ,提出了改革的方向。进一步完善保险制度应从失业保障制度的健全和促进下岗职工再就业两方面着手 ,并做好两方面工作的有机结合。更多还原
