富硒酵母中硒含量的测定

【摘要】 本文报道了一种简便可靠的测定富硒酵母中硒含量的方法。采用双氧水：高氯酸：硫酸＝３：３：１的消化液处理样品，用联苯胺比色法测定样品总硒含量，回收率达９６．９％，变异系数为１．６４。

【Abstract】 The determination of selenium in selenium - enriched yeast by diphenylamine spectrometry was studied. When a digesting solution of hydrogen peroxide: hyperchloric acid: sulphuric acid = 3:3:1 was used, the recovery of the method was about 96. 9%, while the variation coeffient of the measurement was 1. 64.
