【Abstract】 HNC (Hierarchial Network of Concepts) is a theoretical system used for the treatment of natural language. understanding Ther is an essential difference between this theoretical system and the traditionalcomputational language theoretical system. This theoretical system has achieved great progress in the area of natural language understanding, in which three key points show its powerful potentiality in the modulation of the natural language description and treatment.
