【摘要】 目的 :初步观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)对庆大霉素 (Gentamicin,GM)肾毒性的治疗作用。方法 :雄性Wistar大鼠 32只 ,随机分为对照组、实验组 (GM)中的 GM1组、GM2组、GM3组各 8只。GM组按 16 0 m g/ kg· d- 1肌注GM 8d,对照组注射等量生理盐水。于实验第 9天宰杀对照组和 GM1组的各 8只动物 ,分别取血做血清尿素氮 (BU N)和血清肌酐 (Scr)检查 ,并取肾皮质做光镜检查。剩下的 GM2组、GM3组动物于实验第 9天停止肌注 GM,GM2组按 2 0 0 0单位 / kg· d- 1肌注 b FGF8d,而 GM3组注射等量生理盐水 ,之后又于第 9天再次给予 GM2组、 GM3组动物腹腔注射大剂量 GM,剂量为 40 0 mg/ kg· d- 1 ,分两次注射 ,共 4d,观察动物对大剂量 GM的耐受以及动物的存活情况。结果 :1血清学和形态学均显示 ,实验组动物有急性肾功能衰竭的表现 ;2经 b FGF治疗的实验组动物对大剂量 GM的耐受力明显增强。结论 :b FGF对 GM肾毒性有一定的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To explore preliminarily therapeutic effects of bFGF to nephrotoxity caused by Gantamicin(GM) Methods:30 male Wistar rats were divided randomly into control group,GM1 group,GM2 group,GM3 group of GM groups,8 animals in a group Gentamicin was injected to the animals of GM group by muscular route for 8 days at a dosage of 160 mg/kg·d 1 for each animal while Saline solution was injected to control group on the 9th day,the animals of GM1 group and control group were killed with rat’blood taken for BUN and Scr testing The cortex of kidneys were cut for LM examination At the same time,bFGF(2000 u/kg·d 1 ) were injected muscularly to the animals of GM2 group for 8 days while saline solution to GM3 group After that,a larger dosage of GM(400 mg/kg·d 1 ) were injected by abdominal cavity to the animals of GM2 and GM3 group,2 times a day for 4 days,to observe animal’s tolerance to larger dosage of GM Results:①Acute renal failure were showed by serology and morphology in the animals of GM group ②The animals treated by bFGF had a better tolerance to a larger dosage of GM Conclusion:bFGF had therapeutic effects for GM nephrotoxity更多还原
