光倒剌鲃肌肉营养成分的初步分析
Nutrient Analysis in Spinibarbus hollandi Oshima Muscles
【摘要】 用常规方法对光倒剌 (Spinibarbus hollandi Oshima)肌肉营养成分进行分析 ,结果表明 :光倒剌肌肉 (鲜样 )中粗蛋白含量 2 0 .6 0 % ,粗脂肪含量 3.0 3% ,粗灰分含量 0 .59%。干物质中氨基酸总量 6 5.0 5% ,必需氨基酸含量 2 6 .6 5%。初步认为光倒剌是营养价值较高的优质淡水鱼类 ,具有较高的开发利用价值。
【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to analyse the biochemical components of muscles sampled from pond cultured Spinibarbus hollandi Oshima. The results showed that contents of crude protein, crude fat,and ash of the fresh muscles were 20 60%,3 03% and 0 59% respectively. On the basis of dry matter of the muscles, the amount of hydrolytic amino acids was 65 05%, in which the content of essential amino acids was 26 65%. In conclusion, Spinibarbus hollandi Oshima is one of freshwater fishes with better nutritive value and raising value, deserving of exploitation and utilization.
