电阻阵列红外场景投射器的辐射特性研究

【摘要】 介绍了 64× 64元金属氧化物半导体MOS场效应晶体管式电阻阵列红外场景投射器 ,并对其辐射特性进行了研究。包括光谱输出特性、光谱等效温度、输出的非均匀性、温度分辨率等。通过分析 ,给出电阻阵列红外场景投射器性能改进意见。

【Abstract】 The characterization of a 64×64 metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor(MOSFET) resistor array IR scene projector is introduced,including spectral output performance,spectral apparent temperature,uniformity,temperature distinguishability.Through the analysis of the date, the mend method of the capability of the resistor array IR scene projector is given.
