【Abstract】 Infrared focal plane array (IRFPA) is key component of the modern infrared imaging system. Either hybrid or monolithic IRFPAs need readout circuits to transmit multiply signal and reduce the numbers of output signal of the arrays. The action of readout circuits in the transmission of focal plane signal is expounded. Implementation technologies for realization of IRFPA readout circuits are discussed. Future directions of IRFPA readout circuit are suggested.更多还原
