【摘要】 本文对测试100MHz SDRAM(PC100)存储器的主要技术问题作了一些分析,并给出测试问题的解决方案。

【Abstract】 Some information about testing PC 100 memory modules was introduced in this paper, several technical questions about testing PC 100 were provided and the corresponding solution was given in this paper.
