浅析我国三级跳远之不足
Simple Analysis on the Deficienies of Hop Step and Jump in China
【摘要】 针对我国现阶段三级跳远成绩一直停滞在 17m左右的情况 ,通过与国外优秀三级跳远运动员百米速度及助跑最后 5- 6m的速度比较 ,得出结论 :我国运动员的力量与速度的保持率不足 .
【Abstract】 Basedon the circumstances of hop step and jump result about 17m in China,on the theory practised by famous hop step and jump experts in the world,we find that the deficiencies of physical strength and the retaining rate of speed of attletes China.
