有机硅复合乳液聚合的动力学特征和成核机理
Kinetics and Nucleation Mechanism of Organosilicon Composite Emulsion Polymerization
【摘要】 研究了聚合方法、搅拌强度、反应温度及原料用量对PHMS/BA复合乳液聚合反应转化率、反应速率的影响。结果表明 :反应前期 ,一次加料法比半连续滴加法聚合速率快 ,但反应终了转化率却略低于后者 ;聚合反应速率随搅拌强度增大略有降低 ,随反应温度升高而加快 ,Ea=1 3 2 .77kJ/mol;反应的速率和转化率随PHMS用量的增加而降低 ,随NMA用量的增加而升高。乳液粒径随搅拌强度的变化及粒径追踪结果表明 :乳液粒径随搅拌强度增加变化不大 ,而随反应时间的延长慢慢增大 ,PHMS/BA复合乳液体系遵循胶束成核机理。
【Abstract】 Effects of feeding method, agitation speed, temperature and the amount of feed on conversion and polymerization rate of PHMS/BA composite emulsion polymerization were studied. The results show that rate of batch polymerization is faster than that of semicontinuous addition method at any time, but at last the conversion of the former is smaller than that of the latter. With increasing of agitation speed ,the polymerization rate decrease, although it will increase with increasing of temperature, and E a=132.77 kJ/mol. The conversion and polymerization rate decrease with increasing the amount of PHMS, but increase with increasing the amount of NMA. Effect of reaction time, agitation speed on the particle size of latex is also investigated, which shows that the particle size of latex doesn′t change much with increasing of agitation speed, but it increase during the polymerization. The nucleation mechanism is “Macular nucleation”.
