碳酸铵共沉淀法制备高纯超细钛酸锶粉体

【摘要】 介绍了碳酸铵共沉淀法制备高纯超细钛酸锶粉体的新方法,研究了工艺过程中的主要影响因素。产品经红外光谱、ICP—AES、H—800型透射电镜、D—500 X射线衍射分析等测试,表明钛酸锶粉体纯度超过99.5%,平均粒径为0.4μm。

【Abstract】 A new preparation technique of high- purity and superfine SrTiO3 is developed by using carbonate coprecipitation method. The effects of ratio of reactants, time and temperature of coprecipitation and calcination on purity of product SrTiO3, have been investigated. The product obtained was analyzed by IR, ICP, TEM, XRD and so on. The results show that the purity of product is over 99. 5 % and its average particle size is 0. 4μm.
