【摘要】 在8.8°啤酒的工艺上进行了一定的分析和探讨 ,讨论了8.8°啤酒的质量标准 ,同时给出了适宜的操作参数.

【Abstract】 This paper analysed the technique and discussed the quality standard of the 8.8 Bx beer, and got correct parameter of operation.
