燃烧器综合改造降低锅炉飞灰可燃物
Burner Renovation to Reduce Boiler Fly Ash and Combustibles
【摘要】 通过燃烧器的综合改造,包括采取部分燃烧器下倾、反切,以及稳燃腔煤粉燃烧器的使用,解决了沙角发电总厂A厂1号炉长期以来存在的飞灰可燃物偏高的问题,使锅炉热效率达到91.3~92.2%,超过设计值的1~2%。同时还解决了该炉过热器超温和烟温偏差过大的问题。
【Abstract】 Through renovation of burner, including declination and counter tangential of some burners and application of pulverized coal burner with stable firing chamber, high fly ash combustible problem has been solved for Boiler No. l Shajiao Power Plant. Boiler heat efficiency reaches 9l .3-92.2%, which is 1-2% over design value. At the mean time excess temperature of superheater and high gas temperature are also solved.
