带冠涡轮叶盘弯扭通道中复杂电极的进给轨迹

【摘要】 整体涡轮叶盘精加工是决定叶盘最终几何精度的关键技术 ,电火花加工 (EDM)则是涡轮叶盘精加工的有力手段。在涡轮叶盘EDM精加工中电极的设计的基础上 ,进行了电极在带冠叶盘弯扭狭窄通道中无干涉进给轨迹的搜索 ,其中的核心问题是电极运动约束条件的确定。最后给出了轨迹搜索的范例结果

【Abstract】 The finishing of turbine blisks, a critical technology determining the final geometric accuracy of blisks, can be implemented efficiently with the electrical discharge machining (EDM) Upon the basis of the design of the electrode for blisk EDM finishing, the searching of an interference free path for feeding an electrode through twist channels of a rimed blisk is carried out, in which the kernel problem is the determination of the electrode kinematic constraints An implementation of the path searching algorithm is illustrated with an example at the end of the paper
