三苯基锗二硫代氨基甲酸酯的合成及表征

【Abstract】 Thirteen title compounds Ph 3GeS 2CNR 2(1—13) were synthesized by the reaction of \{corre\|\}sponding triphenylgermanium chloride with dithiocarbamates. Their structures were confirmed by elemen\|tal analysis, IR, 1H NMR, UV and MS. Some of these compounds showed antitumor activities in vitro.
