杉木种子园无性系球果年龄段分布调查

【摘要】 对嫁接 7年生的杉木 1 .5代种子园无性系球果进行年龄段分布调查 ,结果表明 :(1 )杉木种子园母树球果分布较为密集的是Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ 4个年龄段 ,占 7个年龄段总球果数的 78.8% ,其中Ⅳ年龄段结实量最多 ,其着果比例为 2 3.2 %。 (2 )杉木无性系年龄段着果量变异由无性系的遗传因素和种子园的地理环境因素综合作用所致。平均变异系数无性系间为5 3.7% (38.9%~ 75 .2 % ) ,无性系内分株间为 5 9.2 % (6 .7%~ 1 41 .2 % )。无性系间、无性系内分株间的年龄段着果数均存在较大变异 ,但从平均变异系数来看 ,两者的变异幅度相差不大。 (3)结实量多的无性系分株在各年龄段着果多 ,特别是下部年龄段着果多 ,而且所占比例相近。

【Abstract】 Investigation was made on the cone age class distribution of Chinese fir F1.5 clones seed orchard grafted 7 years of age. The results showed that: (1) The cone distributes densely in the Ⅲ~Ⅵ age classes shoots, summing up to 78.8% of the all, and the densest happened in the Ⅳ age class shoots, with 23.2%. (2) The cone quantity is affected by both genetic and geographic environment factors. The coefficient of variation is 53.7% among clones (from 38.9% to 75.2%), and 59.2% (from 6.7% to 141.2%) within the clones. The variations within and among clones change little. (3) The clone individuals richs of fruit cone, specially in the lower age classes shoots and with a similar proportion, is the important character of high yield.\;
