铬对高锰钢微观结构的影响
EFFECT OF CHROMIUM ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE OF HADFIELD MANGANESE STEEL
【摘要】 通过对含铬 5%的高锰钢进行 X射线衍射分析 ,发现奥氏体基体的衍射出现了 ( 110 )、( 2 10 )、( 2 11)等晶面的超结构反射谱线 ,表明铬促进了高锰钢中合金元素的有序化倾向 ,同时为高锰钢加工硬化的动态应变时效 ( DSA)机制和 Mn -C对簇聚模型提供了实验依据。此外 ,TEM观察到细小的颗粒碳化物 ,对其衍射花样的标定确认为 M2 3 C6 型碳化物 ,说明铬在高锰钢中的碳化物不一定只以 ( Fe、M) 3C的形式出现
【Abstract】 In this paper, effect of Cr on the microstructure of Hadfield manganese steel has been investigated. The superstructure lines of austenitic (110),(210),(211) has been observed by X ray diffraction. It is shown that Cr enhance the C Mn clustering and causes solute atoms tend to ordering. This result can be used in the model of Dynamic Strain Aging (DSA) for work hadening of Hadfield manganese steel. On the other hand, some M 23 C 6 carbide has been found by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), which means Cr can be existed in the form of M 23 C 6 carbides in Hadfield manganese steel.
