量热器法测定焊接熔池温度

【摘要】 用量热器法测量了低碳钢手工电弧焊时熔池和熔滴的温度 ,对熔池倾倒装置进行了改进 ,用此装置测量了不同焊条、不同焊接规范时的温度数值 ,对所得结果进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The measurement of the temperature of welding pool and droplet of low carbon steel in SMAW was made by the method of thermal measuring.The device of thermal measuring was improved.The temperature was measured with the improved device for various electrodes and currents.The results were also analyzed.
