【摘要】 以碱性品红褪色动力学光度法测定 SO2 - 3为例 ,研究了负吸光度法用于褪色动力学光度法测定的优点与原因。结果表明 ,相对正吸光度法 ,灵敏度提高 4 0 % ,标准偏差下降 83 .4 % ,线性范围上限提高了 2倍 ,下限从 0 .1μg扩展到 0。其原因是提高了测定吸光度的信噪比 ,有色剂用量能选在灵敏度最高、稳定性最好的最佳浓度 ,操作简便、规范减小了误差。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of negative absorption spectrophotometry in discolouring kinetic spectrophotometry has been studied with fishing discolouring kinetic spectrophotometry determination of SO 2- 3 as an example. Compared with positive absorption spectrophotometry, the proposed method can increase sensitivity by 40%, lower the standard deviation by 83.4% and extend the linear dynamic range by two orders of magnitude.更多还原
