乳状液膜迁移分离铋(Ⅲ)

【摘要】 用三异辛胺(TIOA)-Span80-甲苯乳状液膜迁移Bi(Ⅲ)的研究表明,在合适的制乳和迁移条件下,Bi(Ⅲ)可以快速完全地迁入内相,并能与Fe3+、Co2+、Ni2+、Al3+、Cr3+、Mn2+、Cu2+、Pb2+、Cd2+完全分离。

【Abstract】 A sutdy of the transport of Bi(Ⅲ) ions through a triisooctylamine (TIOA ) - sorbital monooleate(Span 80)-toluence liquid membrane has been performed with varying concentration of HCl, KI, TiOA,Span 80 and NaoH in the feed, membrane and stripping solutions. Maxiumu transport was observed at0.075 mol/L HCl, 0.050 mol/L KI(KCl), 0.020 mol/L TIOA, 3%(W/ V) Span 80 and 0.050 mol/LNaoH. With this system, bismuth could be completely separated from Zn2+, Fe2+, Co2+, Ni2+,Cr3+,Mn2+,Pb2+, Cu2+, Cd2+ and Al3+. The transport mechanism of these metal ions through the membranehas been discussed.
