一种新型耐温表面活性剂在球形Al2O3纳米粉制备中的应用研究
A Novel Heat-resisting Surfactant for Synthesis of Spherical Al2O3 Nanometer Powder
【摘要】 以硝酸铝为原料 ,探讨了具有三维结构耐温表面活性剂对水相沉淀法合成球形Al2 O3 纳米粉的颗粒分散性能 ,研究了该活性剂不同G值和用量对粉体粒径及分布的影响 ,并讨论了该表面活性剂的作用机理
【Abstract】 By using a three dimensional surfactant,dendrimer,as modifier,in the synthesis of alumina from Al(NO 3) 3 aqueous solution,spherical Al 2O 3 nanometer powder with mono-dispersion is obtained.The deffect of the G value and the amount of the surfactant on the particle size and distribution are investigated.A possible modification mechanism is proposed
