长链烯烃-苯烷基化反应性能影响因素的研究
Research on Influence Factors of Alkylation of Benzene with Long Chain Alkene
【摘要】 通过多种渠道对自行研制的固体酸催化剂的烷基化反应进行了考察。由于烷基化反应是厌水反应 ,故在反应中对催化剂中所含的物理及化学吸附水要严格的脱除。主要针对这方面的问题在工艺操作过程中分别对催化剂的活化方式、降温方式、进料温度以及不同排气速度等进行了考察 ,最后确定了活化方式为柱内活化 ,降温方式为快速降温 ,进料温度不大于 80℃ ,排气速度为 30mL/h。实验的最佳条件 :反应温度为 2 0 0~ 2 80℃、反应压力为 35~ 5 0MPa、苯烯摩尔比为 (8~ 1 0 )∶1。
【Abstract】 Whether a kind of catalyst is superior or not, needs to be valuated by certain experiment. In this essay, the solid acid catalyst that we developed in research work by ourselves is valuated from many different angles. Since the reaction is a water-phobic the physic-chemical absorbed water must be dehydrated very strictly. Taking those questions as concerned mainly, we have investigated the catalyst activation methods ,the methods of downing temperature, the feed temperature and the different feed velocity in process respectively. Finally, activation of catalyst in columns, rapid downing temperature, feed temperature less than 80 ℃, exhaust volume 30 mL/h have taken as experiment conditions. The conclusion shows that the optimum conditions are: reaction temperature is 200~280 ℃, the pressure is 35~35 MPa and the molar ratio of benzene/alkene is (8~10)∶1.
