【摘要】 中国股市发展的历程表明 ,中国股市并非西方的自由市场 ,而是受政府操控、为实现党和国家政治经济目标服务的有限自由市场。配合我国经济走出低谷、进入一个新的增长期的需要及与新兴国家的股票市场进行对比后可知 ,我国应当而且可以实行一个长期稳步攀升的大牛市政策 ,可以达到以股市上升拉动经济增长的目的。为此 ,应提高上市公司质量 ,加强证券市场管理 ,增加入市资金 ,加强法制建设等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of the stock markets in China shows that the Chinese stock markets, unlike the free markets in the west, are limited free markets controlled by the government to serve the political and economic objects of the country. To help its economy resurge, China should take a bull-market policy so that the rising of the stock markets can stimulate the economy. For this purpose, we should improve the qualities of stock broker companies, strengthen the management of stock markets, increase investment and reinforce the legal system.更多还原
