三种淋病奈瑟菌培养基比较及54株淋病奈瑟菌的药敏分析

【摘要】 目的 选择一种较为理想的淋病奈瑟菌 (NG)培养方法并了解福州地区 NG药物敏感情况。 方法 采用两种选择性培养基 (简易 NG培养鉴定试剂盒和 Gonoline法 )和一种经典非选择性培养基同时对 2 48例临床可疑 NG感染标本进行培养并比较其检出率 ,对分离出的 5 4株 NG进行 17种抗生素敏感试验。 结果  173例男性标本中 ,简易NG培养鉴定试剂盒、Gonoline培养基和非选择性培养基的检出率分别为 2 3.7% ,2 4.3%和 2 2 .0 % ,三者比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;75例女性标本检出率分别为 2 0 .0 % ,18.6 %和 9.3% ,简易 NG培养鉴定试剂盒和 Gonoline培养基比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,非选择性培养基检出率明显低于前两者 (P<0 .0 5 )。药敏试验中羟氨苄青霉素 +棒酸的敏感性为 87.0 % ,羟氨苄青霉素的敏感性为 81.5 %。第一、二代头孢类药物的敏感性为 5 3.8%~ 6 8.5 %。壮观霉素的敏感性为 79.6 %。 结论 简易 NG培养鉴定试剂盒使用方便、检出率高 ,是较为理想的培养方法。福州地区 NG对羟氨苄青霉素敏感性最高 ,治疗首选羟氨苄青霉素 +棒酸 ,壮观霉素、头孢类药物的耐药性在增加。

【Abstract】 Objective\ To screen an optimal culture method to Neisseria Gonorrhoeae(NG) and understand antibiotic susceptibility to NG in Fuzhou.\ Methods\ 248 samples of NG infection suspected in clinic were incubated in three different culture methods and 54 strains of isolated NG were detected their susceptibility to 17 kinds of antibiotics.\ Results\ In a culture kit,a Gonoline medium and a traditional non\|selective medium,the positive rate of 173 samples of NG with men was 23 7%, 24.3%, 22 0%,respectively.\ There have no difference in three above\|mentioned culture methods(P>0 05).\ The positive rate of 75 samples of women NG was 20 0%, 18 6%,9 3%,respectively.\ The positive rate of NG in traditional non\|selective medium was lower than that in a culture kit and a Gonoline medium(P<0 05).\ There has no difference in a culture kit and a Gonoline medium(P>0 05).\ Antibiotic sensitive rate of ampicillin combined with clurulari acid,ampicillin,spectinomycine and cephalosporins were 87 0%, 81 5%, 79 60% and 53 8%~68 5%,respectively.\ Conclusion\ Culture kit is an optimal method due to being easy to operate and high positive rate of NG.\ Ampicillins were the most sensitive to NG in Fuzhou and may be firstly selected to treat the patients with NG infection.\ The bacteria resistance ability to spectinomycine and cephalosporins were increasing.
