【Abstract】 In this paper,we used fruit fly ( Drosophila melangaster ) as the experimental animal,and studied the effect of the glossy ganoderma( Ganoderma lucidium , GdLe) on the lifespan,the content of lipofuscin and lipid peroxide(LPO).As a result,GdL can increase the average lifespan of fruit fly obviously,decrease the lipofuscin and LPO content of salivary gland cell.It further accounts the mechanism of post poning decrepit.更多还原
