【摘要】 研究了 3种 DNA提取方法对草菇 DNA提取的影响。结果表明 ,CTAB提取法 DNA产量高 ,多糖和蛋白质含量低 ,符合分子生物学研究要求 ;氯化苄提取法 DNA产量最高 ,蛋白质含量较低 ,但多糖含量高 ,需要进一步去除 ;原生质体提取法 DNA产量极低 ,而且蛋白质含量也较高 ,不适合于草菇 DNA提取更多还原
