【摘要】 在微粒测试中 ,粉体颗粒的形貌是一个比较难提取的特征 ,但它对颗粒粒度分析的结果却影响很大。笔者提出一个适用于显微镜进行颗粒形貌特征提取与识别的方法和指标—形状指数。通过该指标 ,可以识别颗粒的形状类型 ,从而对统计颗粒投影区域的形状以及形状的离散程度提供了重要的依据。笔者叙述了形状指数的定义及计算方法 ,并给出了形状指数与形状类型的关系简表及应用实例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Particle appearance is difficult to be drawn in particle size analysis,but it greatly influences analysis results.A method and parameter—Shape Factor,which are fit for drawing and recognizing particle appearance with microscope,is proposed.The appearance of particles’ projecture can be shown with the parameter.The definition of shape factor and its algorithms are related,and relation table among shape factor,shape and some samples is given.更多还原
