【摘要】 将ＣＩＭＳ的概念与哲理应用于邮政行业中，提出了ＣＩＭＳ环境下邮政通信物流网最优计划调度及质量监控系统的体系结构，并对其特点及关键技术进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The paper applies the concept and philosophy of CIMS to the post field. The architecture of the integrated system about scheduling and dispatching optimization and quality monitoring of postal transportation networks in CIMS is presented.The characters and key technologies are also analysed.
